    The broker or borrower transfers relevant information related to the borrower, the guarantee offered and the loan sought.

    Lender’s financing offer

    Each file submitted by a broker will be analyzed within 24 hours and a response will be provided within 24–48 hours.

  • 03

    Building(s) inspection visit

    We visit the buildings given as collateral to ensure that their condition meets our requirements.

  • 04

    Final acceptance

    Once all the conditions of the financing offer have been met, the file is transferred to the notary.

  • 05

    Disbursed at the notary

    The notary manages the signature of the legal documentation and disburses the funds to the borrower.
